The Aura - Learning to feel the auraPage 3 of 5
How to sense the aura
To feel the aura you need a certain amount of tactfulness. Some people feel uncomfortable in the presence of certain people. Those persons already have this capability instinctively.
To feel the aura of other people your own aura must be strong and healthy. If one moves into the aura field of another person, it can quickly come to an energy exchange, and if your own aura is not healthy it can be damaged.
This is especially dangerous if you do this with people who have much negative energy in their aura, or even are occupied by entities.
In the following exercises you can learn how to feel your own aura or the aura of other people, you should be healthy yourself and choose for a healthy subject.
Feel our own Aura
Just like a meditation, you have to prepare yourself. Make sure that you will not be disturbed, turn off the phone and the doorbell. Provide a comfortable atmosphere with incense and a nice bright light.
Exercise 1
First, we test how strong your aura is.
- Sit up straight and just hold up your hands with your palms together. Between the palms should be a distance of 20 cm (7,8 zoll).
- Now close your eyes and the hands move slowly toward each other until you feel something. If you come into the area of your active aura you will feel resistance. Depending on the strength of your aura and your sensitivity, this should be at 10 to 2 cm (4 to 1 zoll). The feeling is similar to what you feel if you move two magnets to each other.
- If you found the point, play with it by moving your hands away from each other and getting closer again and again.
- Watch if you can increase the distance without losing the feeling.

Exercise 2
Most people should have success the first time they try exercise 1. If this is not the case, you should repeat the exercise at a different time.
Next we want to learn how to feel the changes in the aura. The aura grows and shrinks with your rhythmic breathing.
- Begin with exercise 1, and if you feel your aura, hold your hands still.
- Breathe consciously deep and slow. Does the pressure between your hands change? If so, when does it increase and when does it decrease?
- Now breathe very shallowly, does the aura become stronger or weaker?
- Breathe several times only through your mouth and some times only through your nose, is there a difference?
You should notice after the exercises, that the breathing has a significant impact on the aura. In the last chapter you will find an exercise strengthen your aura with the help of breathing.
Feeling the aura of another person
The prerequisite for this exercise is that you can already feel your own aura. Create a room atmosphere which is comfortable for both.
- The subject lies down flat on his or her back. You kneel or sit upright next to the subject.
- Now hold both hands over the subject in a distance of about 20 cm (7,8 zoll).
- Close your eyes and move your hands slowly to the subject until you can feel his aura. Feel how it pulsates with the breathing.
- Then move your hands along the body and see if you feel any changes. If the subject has a knee injury, you should be able to feel that, for example.
In time, you should develop more and more sensitivity for the feeling of the aura. As long as you cannot see auras, this ability also reveals you things about other people. Once you are in range, an energy transfer will be held on the aura, what enables you to feel certain things about the other person.
